  • Fun and funky little area if Balboa Park right near the zoo. There are main little shops to explore with different types of artists. The courtyard area is beautiful with different colored painted pavers.
  • Fun place to shop local artists wares. Beautiful tiles and old buildings
  • Very pretty area in the middle of Balboa Park. The Spanish Art village is home for several local crafters and artists that work with a lot of different materials: ceramic, glass, stones, metal, etc. There are classes offered at reasonable prices in most of the arts, both for adults and kids.
  • About 30 artist studios/stores make up this mini village. There is just a hint of Disney about it. The parking is awful (we waited 30 mins to find a spot) and there are no coffee shops/places to get a water. Beautiful, colorful cobblestones make up the path.
  • Great artists and ability to watch them work. I bought a vase here.
