  • Played the course while my wife and I stayed at the resort. Got an afternoon tee-time as a single and they paired me up with a threesome. Twilight rate of $57. Absolutely beautiful course with invitin...  read more »

  • This course was fun to play, was in great shape, and was challenging enough for this 12 handicap...would recommend to play if you are in the area and looking for a golf course.
  • Amazing experience from that resort this weekend! The place is very relaxing and nice, but the service made it this time. Just as an example, we needed to boil water to disinfect baby's bottles and didn't have means to do it. They went and bought an electric kettle so we can use it! This is our second visit (we ended up in the same room, in the premium section) and I have only good words on the hotel!
  • I love this place. It's well worth 200/room, especially if you get a special package. It's very quiet and luxurious without feeling pretentious. The service is excellent and everyone super nice, no matter how you look or what car you drive. Drinks by the pool are excellent and they even bring them to the adult pool for you. New restaurant is good, but the food can be a little salty and greasy. (I had the vodka pasta and Eggs Benedict, which were good but salty and greasy. I would not recommend the breakfast burrito, which was also salty and greasy but over the top.) The parking was 25/night, and not free like Google says, but I didn't notice any enforcement and we had one of our cars unregistered and were fine. Spa is very expensive but beautiful and relaxing for the day. I recommend the garden building second floor for quiet tree rooms with fountain sounds, or vista building for true quiet away from everything, with its own hot tub.
  • The property is amazing. Really beautiful. The rooms were well kept and clean. They were also very nice at the front desk and at the valet service. Over all wonderful experience.
  • Just came back home from my weekend night at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Overall, extremely good stay...will try and come back soon with several couples for a golfing weekend. In fact, we liked it so much that we're considering not doing one of our international trips this year so we can just spend a whole week at Rancho Bernardo Inn thoroughly relaxing. PLUSES: From the receptionists at the front desk and the bellhop (Danny), to the waitresses and the massage therapists (Vaia & Robert), their attitude and service was exceptional. This is a high caliber resort, however it was thankfully not a snooty place...the very friendly staff is professional and went out of their way to help us. The setting is one of a Rustic flavor with some contemporary touches. For me, the many fire-pits and real fireplaces on the property added a fantastic touch along side the well-maintained landscaping. Our room was very nice...including the bedding, towels, lush robes & slippers, the convenience of a small frig, and a great view out of the room. We did the spa package this time, it was priced well and the couples massage we had was quite literally one of the best we've ever enjoyed at a resort. Spa facilities were good and it is adjacent to the salt water pool (very relaxing to go to when done with your massage + you can get food & drinks there). Soothing setting for the massages (we had the couples massage), very attentive and refreshingly personable staff. MINUS: The automatic $25 a night parking fee is excessive and should be reviewed by management. How about waiving the fee if you stay two nights or more and/or spend beyond a certain amount? The breakfast poached eggs were either over-cooked or left under the heat lamp too long before delivery, as they came out like a hard-boiled egg. Seeing this, the waitress was then kind enough to offer any item off of the breakfast buffet for speeds sake as we were in a rush to get to our massages. When it's all said and done, highly recommend the Rancho Bernardo Inn.
  • Slightly overpriced. Clean room but nothing fancy. Breakfast us not included, parking is $25 per night. Customer service is good and staff is friendly. Will not go back there.
