Little Italy, San Diego
(4.1/5 based on 1,000+ reviews on the web)
Restaurants, retail shops, home design stores, and art galleries line this street in Little Italy. The street was originally an Italian tuna-fishing neighborhood up until the late 1960's and continues to be home to many Italian families. Maintained by the Little Italy Neighborhood Association, this area is a destination for fine Italian wines and gourmet Italian meals. Although the neighborhood is predominantly Italian, a couple of different restaurants offer more variety: A British pub and a craft beer, wine, and sake bar offer late-night dining and drinking. • If you are Italian I recommend you do just a quick stroll to Little Italy, San Diego well reserve other surprises for us certainly much more interesting. This area is mostly filled with restaurants. Personally, however, I am not fond of the Italian cuisine abroad.

  • Quaint little area with shops and mostly Italian restaurants. Other cuisine was available. Parking at least when we went almost unavailable
  • If you get a chance to go to this Saturday morning staple, then go! It's on Cedar street and it closes to traffic for the day. Anything and everything is sampled and sold in this multi-block long mark...  more »
