Where to stay in San Diego

Offering accommodations at a wide range of price levels, San Diego is one of the easiest cities to stay in, regardless of whether you're simply passing through or hanging around for a long vacation. If you don't mind splurging, book your stay at a luxury downtown hotel or a lavish bayside resort. You can also rent a spacious private cottage within walking distance of the city's popular beaches. For a more affordable alternative, try a family-friendly hostel or quaint inn in a quiet residential area.

  • Amazing store, always packed but I love that there is always parking available all over the place. Many stores and many sales going on all over the mall. Walking distance if you are coming from Mexico...  more »

  • If you are looking for name brand clothing, but don't want to pay name brand pricing, then this a place for you. This place is big, clean and well managed. Tons of free parking, easy access to the freeways and above all, it is safe. Lots of security. I go here often and have never had any problems or seen any issues. It is a very well run outlet center. I found that it does take some time to find decent clothing. Many of the stores only stock the leftover sizes that the main stores can't sell. At times you can find $100 - $300 or more name brand clothing for 50% to 90% off. Worth you time to stop by and spend a few hours walking around. Plenty of places to get a quick bite or sit down for a nice meal.
  • Will never ever, ever turn down an opportunity to come here. The best outlets in San Diego hands down. If you need/want it they got it. Most stores still have outlet prices too. Carlsbad use to be the best but may as well pay retail. Saturdays are INSANE. Holidays are INSANE plan accordingly. However, will be worth your while.
  • There are a lot of good stores here. My only complaint is that though they are right next to Mexico, they are still in the USA and should therefore be playing music in English, not Spanish. I know they are catering to the Mexican people since that is probably their biggest clientele, however, there are a lot of international tourists that go there as well. Just about everyone in the world speaks English. There might be even more locals that would go if they considered us as much as they do our neighbors to the south.
  • This outlet has everything that you want and need store wise. The food court could use a better variety but the outside food kiosk make up for it. Multiple restroom locations for your convenience. Parking could be an issue depending on time of day.
  • Great place to find cheap deals for name brands. Bought lots of nike shoes at the outlet for only $40 or less when they're usually $100 other places. They have great deals at Michael Kors & Coach as well
