  • This historic cemetery reminds me of the cemetery in Vicksburg only this is on a rocky point along the coast instead of gently rolling hills.  more »

  • An amazing and sobering place to visit. It happened to be foggy when we were there which made it all the more poignant. Take your time, wander among the headstones, read the names, and imagine the sacrifice.
  • Impressive place. I am not an American but it brought tears in my eyes. Thank you for honouring the heroes.
  • This is a very peaceful spot. A true place of respect with a majestic view. Exceptionally well-kept grounds and beautiful views. One side of the hill faces the bay and San Diego and the other side faces the Pacific. Spend some time on your way to the Cabrillo Monument to walk around here and soak in the beauty, peacefulness, and honor of those resting here.Even if you don't know anyone buried here, it is an important place to visit and pay respects to those who have fought and died for us. Thank you to all those who gave their life for our freedom. God bless America!!
  • Not a frequently mentioned attraction but this cemetery is beautiful with an equally beautiful view in the distance. Definitely recommend to stop and take it all in if you're driving through.
  • Puts some perspective on what freedom means and what it takes to keep it. Something everyone should visit at least once in their lives.
