  • The course is an old one. Some people swear by it, but I found it convoluted and tricky. I will play there again, but there are other courses I prefer.
  • Great views, good greens, challenging course at a reasonable price . Great way to spend a day without breaking the bank.
  • Nice golf course. Almost need to play it once to know where to hit the ball on some holes. The range is closed on Monday mornings until 9 or 10 am for maintenance so be aware. For non residents it's $...  more »

  • Verly well maintained local course owned by the City of San Diego. Good driving range. Not that reasonable on the price point. Tee times are by reservation or wait. Local golfers are alright to get paired with.
  • Challenging, beautiful views. Hole 4 and 16 brutal, yet fun. This course has helped my game and turned me into a better golfer.
  • Every time I've played here, it's been in fair to good shape. The greens are soft, but have a good roll, not blazing fast. There are some right fairways, dog legs, canyons and hills. It's pretty fun and not overly challenging (you're not going to hit any houses). It's walkable, but it's not easy.
  • Over priced if you aren't a resident.
  • Played here Aug 2015. The course was in very good shape overall, the greens were in very good shape too. Greens were a little bumpy, but soft for landing lobs and fast while putting, even though the nap of the grass was long. Hole #4 layout is pretty bogus! (I was looking for the windmill but never found it...) Hole #16 is verrrrry narrow. I played twilight and walked, so it was cheap. However, it is heavily played, and although twilight started at 3:00PM, I didn't get out till after 4 and ran outta daylight. Still got 15 holes of fun play in and would definitely go again.
