  • The title aquarium is deceiving more like a small children's museum with some aquatics and a lot of other unrelated items seems run down it was raining outside and the roof leaked in almost every room...  more »
  • The weather wasn't as nice as we'd hope it'd be so we went here. Smaller than I thought it'd be but it was still a nice aquarium. Biggest perk was the stingray tank, since you can touch and feed them....  more »
  • The sting ray touch take makes this a hidden gem in San Antonio. My 2 year old loved touching everything.  more »

  • I was pleasantly surprised with this aquarium. Today was our first visit and our children had such a blast. We enjoyed the live interaction with the sea life and there's also a fun play area with bouncy houses. I highly recommend the San Antonio aquarium for a family outing. Thank you Tony and Forrest for guiding us during our visit. The bird exhibit was awesome as well we got to see them up close. I highly encourage you to stop by and experience it first hand.
  • This is our first time at the San Antonio Aquarium and I am very pleasantly surprised. There is so much to with a lot of interaction between birds, reptiles, and fish. The staff is super friendly-that alone will bring us back. George B. Was especially great, he informed us of attractions and took a group photo for us. The Iguana bounce house is definitely worth it so make sure you buy passes for it!
  • I loved this place because of the variety of animal tanks and enclosures. Also the possibility of being able to feed the fish, birds, and reptiles. You need to buy tokens in order to exchange those tokens for food. The staff was helpful and friendly. Lucas was very informative on the birds they have. As well as George who allowed us to carry reptiles and feed sully the tortoise. Also Shawn who while selling us tokens had great customer service, friendly vibe , and was patient.
  • The staff was amazing and very friendly. It was really fun for my son to feed the stingrays and fish. The bouncy house was also great fun. I don't think that it was worth what we paid for though. There weren't many exhibits and all of the tanks were pretty small. It was also pretty sad to see a pony tied up with no access to water in the heat and a tortoise in an enclosure with no water and basically looking like he was roasting or dead. We will not return unless they expand or accommodate their animals better.
  • The aquarium is super fun for kids and adults. I really enjoyed the bird show and the mermaid you can take pictures with. My family and I met an employee named James that was very knowledgeable about the birds and the rays. He was very nice and he made our day great. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends to visit.
