  • Went to the Main Event to kill a couple of hours with the kids. As long as you have the right expectations for this place, you will enjoy it if you keep a few ground rules. First off, don't come here ...  more »
  • We like to take our boys here from time to time. A little pricey, but we have a good time when we go. People working there are pretty friendly and helpful.
  • One star is too much. This is extremely unacceptable and embarrassing for main event. I went to main event for my birthday. My girlfriend brought me a really expensive cake and while we were playing g...  more »

  • That new girl at the restaurant, Amynah. My goodness she works so hard and she's the nicest person there by far. Amazing 10/10 would go again.
  • I went with my family today and had the worst experience ever! My visit started with my husband at 1PM. We started out by ordering the players platter (something like that) before we began bowling. It was an arrangement of ribs, artichoke dip, pita bread, carrots, celery, wings, and loaded tots. The server said he would check back soon to see how it was. One and a half hours later, he still never came back! He didn't even care to check if we needed refills. The ribs, wings, pita bread, and tots were dry and tough. The carrots looked as they were aged and had no flavor. The dip was in no way worthy of being called a dip either. It was stuck to the tray and dry. We complained about the food to one girl and asked for a substitute but she said she didn't know if she could because she was new. Could she not ask?? Regardless, we ordered a simple tray of chips, guacamole, and queso. This choice was way below expectations as well. We couldn't find our server so we asked another man to ring us up, which he did promptly but then our server came rushing out of nowhere stating "You guys are leaving? I was just about to check on you!" Yeah, ok buddy. 2 hours after our food came out? We ended up leaving but went back to play with our son. We again ordered food upon arriving and although the tenders were decent, somehow my son's burger got confused with a salad. The server was rude to us because of his mistake! He also tried to make us keep it saying it qualified for a $10 play card. Why would we want to pay for it if we never wanted it to begin with? Again, the same server was nowhere to be seen the rest of our 4 hours there. My husband asked a waitress for drinks and she never got them. We saw another guy that wasn't a server and asked him if he could get someone for us but he got it himself. He was great and I appreciated his promptness but my drink had no ice so I asked the waitress (my husband spoke to earlier) if she could fix my drink. At this time, there was a large group that had beverages and ice out for themselves. She walked to their tables and tried putting ice into my already full cup. She also got a cup from their table and scooped in ice and water then came to me saying I should poor my tea into it. I told her I was not going to pour it because it was filled too much and would spill. I also said I did not appreciate her giving me melting ice that had been out for another group. She still had them out like I was supposed to take them. I told her no and asked her to remake my drink. She told someone else and thank goodness, a new person came. I eventually spoke with the manager but overall I think I would have rather gone down the road to Chuck E Cheese. I am not crazy about their food but at least I know it would have been better food. We were there when it was slow and the service was horrible! I would not recommend this location to anyone nor will I ever go back.
  • Came to eat dinner and play some games. It was a super busy night however when we sat down, we were greeted right away. Food is always good and games are a great time!
  • This place was decent, food was great especially the pizza. Played laser tag with my boys and the equipment needs to maintained. Straps Brocken, guns worked 1/2 the time. The attendants where you buy the passes didn't tell us you have to sign up to play, after standing in line 10-15 min at laser tag line. Seemed a bit disorganized. Will revisit again.
  • It had something for everyone to do. Only 4 stars because the bartender was extremely rude. But the waiter we had later, Claudia made things much better and made me want to change the 2 star review to a 4 star.
