  • Course is very nice. In great condition in May. It is a tight course but not very long. No water hazards on front 9, but plenty of carries on the back. No driving range.  more »

  • It's a beautiful setting for a great round of golf. The greens and Fairways are in great shape the sand traps are very penal try to avoid them if you can. A very enjoyable round of golf. The staff is friendly and always helpful. You will enjoy your round of golf.
  • Not that great. Especially during summer. The trail is not shaded mostly.
  • If you are coming from a country club or private course, you may need to adjust your expectations. For a muni, it's in great shape and is a fun, challenging course. It's a par 71 and somewhat short, but still has it's own challenges. We played Sunday afternoon in under 4 hours. We only waited at the very end, which wasn't bad. I was thinking that I'd only play it once since it's historic, but I think I'll be back. I was pleasantly surprised.
  • Enjoyable course that has a good mix of challenges, but you'll find better value elsewhere in San Antonio. Bummer that it doesn't have a practice range. It's in good condition with greens that were recently aerated but still rolled fine.
  • It was fun... Tee time at 715... Was cold
