  • We had a great time feeding the ducks, geese, and peacocks. The deer were chilling in their enclosure so we didn't get to see them as much. Great family outing if you have base privileges.
  • The grounds inside the quadrangle are beautiful with deer, peacocks, and ducks roaming peacefully. The museum itself, has many interesting objects and was an educational place to visit.

  • This place is rich with history. Such a unique spot hidden in the city. If you have kids, bring them here to see/feed some domesticated peacocks and deer.
  • Bring some apples feed geese, peackocks, and deer. Great date
  • I've never worked in this building but, I do enjoy taking my kids inside the quad to feed the ducks, deer, and other wildlife. This is truly a unique place on the historic south side of Ft Sam Houston.
  • Animals! Deer, ducks, geese, peacocks, a rooster, and more! The new museum is pretty cool too. Definitely worth a visit.
  • This place is beautiful and serene with a great petting zoo situation going on. If you happen to be on JBSA Ft Sam Houston, go check it out!
