  • Easy in and out and well maintained. Not many animals to see. Birds, rabbits, the occasional snake. I have seen a few road runners which are cool to see in the city limits. 1 turkey track. Good place to take it easy or make it hard. Quite a few people come here, so you can usually hear someone.
  • Very beautiful park and so many trails, perfect get away for peace and quiet! Trails were very clean and taken care of and very dog friendly!
  • Good mixture of improved and unimproved trails. A great place for dog walking and casual hiking. You can get far enough away from the city noise to not hear it
  • It's tucked away, but not to far away. You forget the city is right there. It's very family oriented, along with running/walking trails.
  • I come here often because it's close to home. But love more the different levels of trails they have, from a paved side walk to a few rocky terrain area. It'll raise your heart rate for sure. Great place to take a few nature shots. And the view from the tower early morning or in the evening is worth it.
