  • My boyfriend and I just saw The Killers here last night. We were under the impression that doors were at 6p. But then they changed it to 6:30p due to “stage problems/setting up”. That excuse was a bun...  more »

  • We attend quite a few events here annually from basketball games to concerts. The upgrades make it much more comfortable. The liquor and food improvements are fantastic. Thanks for the improvements!  more »

  • In 2017 the arena reopened after an off-season renovation. The cushioned seats are nice. The sound system feels better (maybe it's just better music with an awesome new dj). The new food options are cool, but they're a bit out of my range with four kids. After a couple of games, I feel like I should get some stock in Coke for as much as those drinks cost! There are some kinks that need to be worked out with the ticketing and entry process, but I'm sure those will get better. The screens are beautiful. Overall, I love being at Jazz games here.
  • I thought that things hit rock bottom when the naming rights were sold to a nuclear waste dump but I'm wrong. Now a company with pushy salespeople selling crappy home security solutions has taken over. The selection of drinks has dropped but the price has gone up. Their security and ushers have decreased. We were sitting next to a family with a couple of kids that were out of control. One of the kids knocked over one of our beers as the family wasn't watching their kids. The family was unapologetic telling us that it is just how kids act and to mellow out. We complained to an usher who didn't do anything other than apologize for our experience. We returned to watch the second half and the family with the out of control kids was gone. All four of our seats had spilled ice cream all over them and on the floor. The people sitting in front of us explained that someone was getting an usher to come and clean up the mess. Since this family was nowhere to be seen and our seats were full of ice cream we sat in their seats. They came back and asked us to move. They denied the claim by the people in front of us who claim that they were the ones who spilled ice cream all over the seats. We got into an argument and ended up giving their seats back realizing that until the ushers come to clean up this mess we don't have seats. The ushers never came nor did security show up when we were arguing with this family. We even started looking for an usher since none appeared to be planning to do something about the spill. Don't expect anyone to clean up a mess that leaves you seat less since they simply don't care. If you get into an argument, don't expect security to show up to break up the argument. In the past I've seen out-of-control people get thrown out, not anymore.
  • I’ve enjoyed both lower and upper bowl seats as well as a few experiences with the suites and new Toyota Club accommodations at this arena. The new renovations are an awesome addition to an already incredible basketball atmosphere. The design, as well as the crowd, keep you in the game, even from less-than-optimal seats. The stadium staff and security have always been friendly and helpful to me and those I am with, and you could never speak highly enough of the Jazz Bear; keep up the good work Jazz Bear! Concerts, rodeos and other events I’ve gone to here have also been enjoyable for many of the same reasons. The screens and speaker quality don’t seem to have ever detracted from my experiences, which is the point IMO. 4/5 stars because of the (expectedly) high concessions prices, long bathroom lines and somewhat problematic parking.
  • We went for Monster Jam and it was a blast. I appreciated the sound and screen experiences & the padded seats were amazing! We sat for 3 hours and was completely comfortable the whole time. Most food places were closed as well as most of the shops but I imagine it wouldn’t have diminished our experience at all. Things at events are expensive. Either be thirsty or hungry or suck it up and support the business. Can’t wait to go back for a game or other event!
  • This building has really cool yet simple architecture. The acoustics were fantastic. The lines too the bathroom during intermission were long, but went surprisingly fast. I don't really know where they get off selling a bottle of water for $5 or a cup of beer for $10. There was a bunch of food places inside
