  • Liberty park ended up being my favorite place in SLC! It was a bit chilly out but the park was beautiful! My husband and I walked along the path and went into the greenhouse where they grow and plant ...  more »
  • Very nice park to spend some time and enjoy the nature's beauty. You have to be careful about homeless though they are not a threat.  more »
  • We enjoyed walking through Liberty Park twice during our week in SLC. Beautiful trees, grass, and open spaces. Relaxing with lots of shade too!  more »

  • A lot of open space. Many trees with plenty of shaded areas. Several different Play Grounds for kids. A few Picnic areas with cover, barbecue grills, some have a volleyball court or sand court. Public Restrooms. A good amount of parking though it is almost always full. Boat pond. Wading ponds. Swimming pool. Open Basketball courts. Well kept and staffed Aviary. A few amusement rides for kids in summer. Tennis club. Biking and Running and Walking paths.
  • I love liberty park! From Tracy Aviary to the playgrounds to the duck pond, there is so much to see. It is a really great place to just hang out, have a picnic, walk a dog, or go on a run. The birds are really nice, so they're always happy to eat out of your hand (oats or veggies, not bread please!). Lots and lots of parking as well.
  • Great park although the parking situation is odd. You can't drive around the whole park without getting forced to make a I-57 out on the streets... It's so big too that if you don't know exactly which entrance to use, you'll end up doing this.
  • I was a little upset because there was only one chick with a bikini on while playing beach volleyball, but the lack of females isn't this park's fault. The charity drive was awesome and the park is family friendly. Loved it. Will go back.
  • One of my favorite places in SLC. You have the Tracy Aviary, the best water fountain in town, a running path, tons of activities for kids (playgrounds, tennis courts) and a pool! It's also super dog friendly. It's the best park in the city.
