  • Beautifully maintained grounds and very popular with locals. It's the perfect place for hiking, swimming, and learn to play tennis, visit the cage, picnic and "strut your Mutt"-annual fall event which displays some fine looking for strong dogs and their owners proud. Liberty Park, where the city's spirit of community is refreshed.

  • This is probably the best park in Salt Lake City, it's large, lots of things to do within the park, and lots of space. Great for summer barbecues, volleyball with friends, or a bike ride, but it's gre...  more »

  • Love the big trees and shade of this park! Kids love the splash pad and playground. The turf are by the splash pad and playground is nice for less dirt and fewer bugs to sit on. There is a sand area if you bring sand toys kids will have fun there. Bathrooms were close enough but they weren't very nice and there was a wait for only 2 stalls and it's hard for kids to hold it. Parking is always pretty full around the outside but it seems like there are usually spots available in the center lots.
  • They have a little man-made set of streams, totally free, for the kids to play in. My kids loved it and would have played much longer if I let them. The paddle boats are also really fun and decently priced. The only stupid thing is that they will only let four people on at a time, even if three of those people are children (whose combined weight is less than 100 pounds) and two are adults. And if there's just one adult in the boat, it's really hard to paddle. So it's great fun as long as there are only four people in your family who want to ride.
  • I loves this park! So romantic and I great place to run with so many things to do. They really took their time designing this park and they take care of it nicely:)
  • A large park with so much to offer. The large lake was filled with geese and gulls, so as someone who enjoys a good view, this is the place to go. Love the amount of space around and the bbq areas are also very welcoming. There are volleyball courts all around and decently well maintained. Only downside is that there are quite a few homeless people just laying around or sometimes would wander into our family party. Otherwise, a very nice park.
  • Pretty park with pond. Nice place to take pictures. Parts I visited were clean.
