  • This places RULES. The vibe is cool as heck and casual, the tap room was gorgeous and the patio’s super nice and a great place to be on a nice evening. Okay but the cider though?! DANK. DELICIOUS...  more »
  • I've had Far from the Tree cider previously in restaurants and made a point to visit next time I was in Salem. The taphouse is cute and has a great outdoor spot with plenty of tables and spaces to...  more »
  • Great indoor and outdoor brewery space that is dog friendly. Only ciders on their menu, but they are very creative with their flavors and have new releases frequently. They usually have a few...  more »

  • Great atmosphere and music - fun place to hang with friends and family. Cider overall is okay. They currently offer 8 different kinds of cider, the best being "Ian". Flight of four decently priced at $14. Limited parking, but what else can you expect in Salem. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Try the frozen cider too!
  • Great spot! Came here this past spring for the first time. Excited to see dogs around! Great cider list and the staff creations. Nice outdoor area also divided by some garage doors. Need to come back for more! Love the Chai cider. You can also purchase cans here
  • The creativity in these ciders is insane! We got two flights so we could try one of everything and the posters on the wall of past features just made me want to try more! I bought a couple cans to take home, two of which are varieties that weren't on tap, so I'm excited to get an impression of even more of these crazy concoctions. The atmosphere is cozy and fun- there are board games and graffiti art and a place for dogs to have a drink of water and a milk bone. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back again!
  • Great outdoor seating area! Wonderful list of ciders! I for one gravitate towards the dry ciders and far from the tree actually has quite a fewer dry ciders to choose from! They also do a wonderful job of producing a dry cider that still has complex flavors! Not to mention they have quite a shelf full of boardgames to play.
  • Very lively atmosphere with plenty of games available. Spacious outdoor patio. Loved that there were so many delicious dry ciders available (I had Ian’s). But there are also sweeter varieties of you are into that.
