  • I love fairy tales so I had to stop here on the way back to Portland from Newport. Glad I did. It was absolutely adorable! Very well done, no detail left out. The rides are mostly kiddie rides, which ...  more »

  • I remember coming to Enchanted Forest as a kid and having an absolutely wonderful time. I was worried about taking my own kids for fear that the park wouldn't have been kept up and would pale in comparison to my memories. I was so pleasantly surprised that the park is in EXCELLENT shape! My old favorites were lovingly maintained and there were new attractions to fall in love with. The staff were above and beyond friendly and wonderful with the kids. My children had a magical time just as I had. Thank you so much for the loving upkeep of your charming park! We were also thrilled with the reasonable pricing and very palatable dining options.
  • Charming might be the right term for the Enchanted Forest. While very dated, it's still a very fun way to kill an afternoon; especially for a younger family. I'm sure my boys won't be as enamored of the attractions when they hit their teens... Pricing seems a little bit high, though our entrance was discounted due to our group size and boys age. We will probably come again when driving down the 5.
  • Very well maintained and friendly. My kids are 6 and it is perfect for them. They really liked the animated storybooks and we were able to see live music too.
  • LIMITED staff during the week days in May. I took my 2 year old daughter on a Monday and was very disappointed by the lack of staff on hand. Only 3 staff members to run 6 Kiddie Rides. My daughter was too short to go on most of the rides... She only went on The kiddie train. Cost $4.00 since I was required to ride also. It was NOT WORTH IT since it only made two very quick runs around the little track. I was not willing to pay $12.50 for two kiddie ride bracelets for us to repeatedly ride the Kiddie train. My advice bring your own food and drinks. I brought a cooler of drinks but needed to purchase food for lunch. Due to the lack of staff the ONLY place to purchase food was the "Jolly Roger Inn" We were served a COLD hot dog $2.50 and a lukewarm pizza $5.95 We did enjoy the Comedy Theatre. The actors performing "Snow White and the Seven Dorks" were VERY funny! My daughter enjoyed panning for gold... she bought home several pretty rocks. My daughter had fun waking through Storybook Lane and going down both the witches slide and big shoe slide. If you are bringing a wide stroller it won't fit through some of the buildings along Storybook Lane. I've been here many times since I was a child myself and now as an adult pushing a stroller up the hills is exhausting. Most of the souvenirs are very affordable... toy cars, stuffed animals, jewelry, candy... they even have the pricey but delicious Moonstruck chocolates.
  • It's enchanted forest, amazing place with a ton of fun activities and things to explore. Geared towards young children but adults get to have some fun on the log ride and ice mountain roller coaster. A bit expensive but still an amazing trip and my family have been going at least once every year.
