  • This is a nice clean park. Unfortunately too many people are let in on weekends and the crowds diminish greatly the experience at the park. The expansion of the water park has also had a negative...

  • This was a really pleasant surprise. I am used to shouldering my way through packs of miserable people who paid just to park while they would have had more fun had they stayed in the parking lot. MOST amusement parks I've been to have a two hour wait for nearly any ride but not here. It was a beautiful day (a Friday to be clear) and I was able to literally get right on most of the rides despite there being plenty of people. The staff was super friendly, upbeat and helpful and the park layout was sensible and offered plenty of shade and resting areas. The prices are a little steep but the experience to me was worth it.
  • My 10 year old child was injured yesterday at Canobie Lake Park due to the lax maintenance and obliviousness to basic safety conditions. My child was pushing out of the Rusted Wrought Iron Gate at the end of the haunted mine ride. Before I could blink the Rusted Wrought Iron Gate swung back so quickly and bashed my child in the face, over the right eye. Within seconds it had swollen up and was turning purple. I yelled for the people working 10 feet away at a concession stand to get me some ice for his face. Five people stood there looking stupid and wouldn't give my 10 year old injured child ice. Then a condescending little man who professed to be in charge of rides told me he could take us to the front of lines for rides to make up for the accident. My child needed medical care, not more rides. He was useless. But I went to guest Services and told them I wanted a refund because the day my family had waited for for 3 years was now ruined. Guest Services offered me return tickets. I said I don't EVER want to return and I wanted my money back. I was assured that my card would be refunded and I would receive an email stating that moments after I left the park with my broken hearted family and horribly injured child. Guess what? I have no email from Canobie Lake Park, no refund on my card and no one will speak to me on the phone. Canobie Lake Park was falling to bits when we went as kids, 30 years later I'm shocked people don't die there daily. Worst "amusement" park in New England with customer service to match. If I could I would leave negative stars in this review. My child looks like he was beaten and he is heartbroken and feels as though no one at Canobie Lake Park cared even a little bit for his injuries.
  • Great place to bring your little ones. Has quite a few rides for all ages, a water park and a great view of the lake. It has multiple arcades around, different spots for food scattered throughout the park and plenty of parking spots. Overall a great experience and I'm definitely planning on going back.
  • I've been coming here since I was 6 years old, I am now 15 and I have so many great memories here. The park is super clean and modern. Their prices are fair and food prices are also decent. You can spend days here and you won't get tired of it. The Yankee cannonball is the most iconic roller coaster there. They have something for everyone.
  • This place is the best. I used to come here as a kid and now 38 and taking my kids here. Just feels so great to be able to share the experience to generations. Water park section seems to be a hit with the children and 99% of their rides being able to handle 48” allows the parents to ride with young kids.
