  • This is a nice hotel but everywhere is filled with cigarette smoke. They do have a non-smoking area for slots but you can't completely escape the smoke. It is a nice break though. I had a king bed roo...  more »
  • I go here several times a year and this is my favorite spot to get away for a day or two that isn't far from my home.  more »
  • Sunday night the main (only) bar was closed. The wife and I, as well as some friends were playing blackjack and waited over 1 hour for a waitress. I finally got up to go find one. I walked to the bar ...  more »
  • Went to the Neil Diamond Concert at Seneca Allegany. That casino does not know how to handle crowds. With 27 buses coming in you would think that the staff would have been prepared. Between sitting on the bus for quite a bit of time and finally getting into the casino you would think things would have gotten better. But no - long long lines for the buffet (not enough staff to clean tables) to not enough seats for the concert. Have been to many concerts at Seneca Niagara which ran smoothly. Perhaps Allegany should get some tips from the staff at Niagara to see how they operate. I wouldn't attend another concert at Allegany; I don't need all that aggravation.
  • Dinner at the casino was great as usual. The food was great, service friendly, the whole place is impeccably clean. The location is directly off the expressway. There is an expansive new parking lot, with shuttle service. As well as a multi level parking garage. There are four or five different restaurants. The three I've tried are all very good. The western door steakhouse is amazing.
  • A much quieter and warmer atmosphere here than at Seneca Niagara. I really enjoy the overall look and feel. The food at the cafĂ©/restaurant was great. The staff were all incredibly friendly. I wish it was closer to home!
  • The hotel is located in the foothills of the Allegany Mountains and has fantastic views from many of the rooms, especially if you're a fan of the Autumn leaf season. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed in a modern style. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Several restaurants and cafes on site to choose from. Shares its footprint with a casino and entertainment complex, but the hotel itself is quiet. Overall, a great place to stay for an upscale getaway or romantic trip.
  • Very low or little payouts on slot machines, didn't matter wether it was $.01, $.25 or dollar machines. The smoking has to go, good luck if you have asthma or any other respiratory ailment. The entire place smells of old smoke. Only one drink per person per 20 min is absolutly absurd, thought I was in a Hillary Clinton we're gonna save you from yourself establishment, for a min. I won't be back!!!! #anywhere but here !!!
