  • My husband and I have been bringing our family here for many years. Beautiful scenery and something to do for everyone! Our furry kids love coming here too!
  • This was my first time at Hawn State Park. I did the White Oak Trail. The trail was reasonable challenging for the first mile then easy. It was a peaceful setting with little outside noise once outside the park entrance area. There is hard wood forest and a separate pine forest. There are four trial. I will try some of the others.
  • My favorite MO State Park thus far! Great views, moderate trails, and light traffic (weekdays). The friendliest staff of all nearby state and county parks. The drive is always worth it.
  • My favorite Missouri state park. Take the time to do the Whispering Pines trail - it doesn't matter the weather or season - you won't be disappointed.
  • Marked really well and has trails that you can hike for a short time or all day. Great camp ground also.
