CHS Field is a baseball park in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is home to the St. Paul Saints of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball, as well as home to Hamline University's baseball team.HistoryLocated in the historic Lowertown District of Saint Paul, the park is built upon the former site of a long-vacant industrial-use facility. In September 2012, the stadium was approved for $25 million in funding from the Minnesota Legislature. The remainder of the funding for the $64 million project was shared between the city and the Saints. The construction of this new ballpark was prompted in part by the deteriorating state of the Saints' original ballpark, Midway Stadium, which was built in 1982. Midway Stadium was located in an industrial area of Saint Paul, near the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. On September 8, 2014, it was announced that local Fortune 100 business CHS Inc. had acquired the naming rights to the ballpark. The Saints played their first game at the park on May 18, 2015 against the Sioux City Explorers in an exhibition match. The first regular season game was against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks on May 21, 2015.

  • First time ever to a Saints Game and we really enjoyed the family time. Great stadium with about 8,000 seats so intimate feel and all seats are great seats. The amount of family activities you can do ...  more »

  • I love CHS field and the Saints! This is a great stadium and the games are always fun. You've got to enjoy a game on a summer night, but if you don't enjoy baseball there are plenty of other things to keep your attention. We are craft beer lovers so appreciate all of the beer options. They also have cocktails and wine if you're looking for other adult beverages.
  • The best sports venue in the Twin Cities! No bad seat in the house. Food and drinks are reasonable and the variety is amazing. There is even an app that allows you to order food and drinks and have delivery to your seat! Entertainment happens all around the stadium. A must for hot summer nights!
  • A great place to go work the family. Not a bad seat in the house. There is one significant drawback that I've faced each of the three times I've been there and that's the lines for food. We spent 40 minutes in line for a hot dog EACH time we've been there. That's crazy long with young kids and really detracts from the otherwise outstanding experience. Maybe we have just gone on really popular days...
  • Loved the old Midway Stadium for its quirkiness but this is top notch without losing the charm. Great venue with terrific view of the action wherever you sit. Ample concessions and restrooms and decent food choices.
  • Beautiful stadium with a great atmosphere. I prefer this over the twins. craft beer selection in the left outfield. Definitely try this place at least once!
