  • Absolutely beautiful park. It's actually quite large considering it's in the city. It's always well maintained and they host several festivals. Food Truck Friday, 5ks, turkey trot, festival of nations. I recommend swinging in on as many festivities as possible. They're always a great time.
  • Always an incredible local place to visit is Tower Grove Park. Just south of the Missouri Botanical Gardens is another Park that allows for some great walks through the wooden or in the case of my last visit a truly wintry trip through a snow covered garden. It is always quiet and peaceful just south of the downtown area.
  • Love this park! It has a walking trail through out and the trees are phenomenal. There are also lots of empty field areas. It's usually a bit quieter during the week than many other parks! I know this park has rangers patrolling and has some stricter rules then some, for instance, tying things like hammocks on trees isn't allowed here. They do have lots of pavillions, tables, and benches, as well as a playground and a farmers market on Saturday mornings! Gorgeous and in a cool neighborhood.
  • The tiniest most wonderful park in the entire city. Go play a game, listen to music, catch food truck Friday, and then watch a movie at the fountain. T.g.p. is amazing in every way
  • Beautiful park, diversity in season-appropriate plants. Very nice walking trails with ample parking, table-space and room to run.
