  • You will love this place even if you don't like libraries. Its the best in the country. I wished I had a library like this when I was kid. I would lot smarter.
  • The library is a wonderful building, which you can enjoy on an historical level or just as a library. The architecture is extraordinary and they have a pictorial display about the building of it. Ther...  more »

  • Nice renovation but I wish I could give it a zero. Winos camp out in the restroom and the cops on guard there make the hairs stand up on your neck. Very rude, aggressive, and arrogant. They must pick the worst cops in the city to work there. Makes you feel more like a criminal than a patron. Some (not all) of the staff are rude and unfriendly. The place smells like a refugee camp, very musty and sweaty mixed with genitals (no joke). Unmatched selection offsets mean atmosphere but frankly I'd pass on it.
  • It's great for a quick run for a popular book, but not a great research sight.
