  • Planned an event here in the past year. Facilities are nice, but the place is a pain to work with. It's a union facility, which means you cannot bring in any outside agencies for catering, setup, etc... and they will not let you set up your own booths and materials. You are not allowed to touch your own displays. Instead, you have to pay an exorbitant amount to watch their own crew (who don't know your materials) manhandle the expense displays. In addition, we have some large meals catered here and the service was atrocious. At one particular banquet almost half of our guests were not served their dessert or coffee. Did not even give it to them, and there was little concern shown on the part of the staff to rectify the situation. If you have the option, I'd look somewhere else in STL.
  • Like everyone I'm sure...I HATE ARENA FOOD & DRINK PRICES. Water shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I did not ever see a water fountain. The place was kept clean. Thankfully we were not told to throw out our drinks upon entering for the Joyce Meyer Convention all 3 days. I don't know if she had a hand in that but I'm very thankful that i was able to take my giant bottle of water in from the outside convenient store. Because i was dehydrated on Friday and needed liquid without blowing all my cash at the concessions.
  • This place has a lot of room. Wifi speed for meetings seem to be good as well. A lot of the hand sanitizing stations were out and I wish there were more food options on site but other than that it was good.
  • The facilities are adequately cooled with air conditioning but men's restrooms were scarce. Good thing I can hold it like... forever.
  • Good facility for large events, not a fan of the high food and beverage prices that come with questionable service and food served cool that should be hot.
