  • This is one of the most interesting cemeteries in St. Louis. It has graves which are very old and beautiful gargoyles and mausoleums and there is so much history to see. I'm not sure if it's just me w...  read more »
  • I have a "thing" for cemetery's anyway, this one is so beautiful. The landscaping is well kept, has a fountain with seating area, just a very serene place to visit.
  • Some of St. Louis's most prominent citizens are buried here in magnificent tombs and beneath majestic gravestones. The cemetary tour is a must for history buffs.
  • The grounds are jaw dropping. They aren't kidding when they compare themselves to The Botanical Garden. Be sure to grab a map because there are a handful of well known people buried here. You can also do a tour to get to know the layout but I recommend venturing out on your own after, there is a lot to see and the tour only touches on a few select sites.
  • Great cemetery to visit! Many great and famous people buried here. Well worth the visit!
  • The walking tours are great. I went on the sunset tour and was able to experience so much but there was so much more to see and learn about this amazingly historic place.
  • This was a great history learning experience. A must for any fan of Saint Louis history.
  • Definative stop at the office for a map....we wandered around for an hour, since there no exit signs anywhere, to leave. Well worth the trip, & many exciting monuments.
