  • If you want to watch how maple syrup is made STAY home and watch U-tube. They NO LONGER have tours of the factory. They have a TV and videos. Not impressive at sll. The museum is well, not a museum. 10x10 if that if a room filled with spider webs. The gift shop has lots of items, however the country store down the road was cheeper. It cost $2.49 OZ. YES AN OUNCE at the gift shop. That's Very Disappointing. Used to be a very educational place to visit for the family. Don't waste your time.
  • Great little shop in saint J. Delicious maple creemies! If you like soft serve ice cream, you have to stop in for one!!
  • Long time user asks: WHY IS THIS FLAVOR OUT OF STOCK FOR SO LONG???? Sugar free Balsamic Vinaigrette has been out of stock on some shelves for a LONG time and MGF's outside-the-company people in Florida who their phone system forces one to use when inquiries are made are hopeless when it comes to informed help re this issue. One is confronted with what sound like bored minimum wage workers (who apparently handle more than just MGF issues) whose ability to really be of use is very limited. It apparently is not possible to speak with anyone "in the know" at MGF directly and this is unfortunate given that the alternative source for relevant information is so sub standard. My conveniently located food market has been out of stock on this specific flavor for weeks and blames MGF; likewise WalMart has been out of this flavor for a protracted length of time without explanation - - and this is disgraceful. The 1 star rating is for the unhelpful company's customer care and concern and choice to "hide from the public". The product, when available, is 5 stars but after this annoying and frustrating experience I shall regrettably be seeking alternative sugar free salad dressings.
  • The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Free samples were tasty and bought a few things. The museum is informative to my guest. I do miss the factory tour, the video is less personal. I'll be returning to buy gifts for the family.
  • The little museum is cool to gain a bit of an understanding of how maple syrup comes to be. The gift shop is well stocked with various maple products and some free samples. Prices were fair. The staff was quite nice.
