  • Beautiful views across a pretty valley and (I was told) it’s a great place to hike with your dogs. Charming chapel with dog themed stained glass windows. Full of visitor photos of their dogs and...  more »
  • This is a must see for dog lovers. We roamed the paths & wished we had a dog with us on our trip to enjoy the meadows.  more »
  • Such a wonderful endowment for dog lovers and their people! Sweet sentiment behind the non-profit and a memorable setting, high on a hill. Bring hiking shoes and walk your furrbaby around the...  more »
  • This is a place that you cannot miss if you have a dog, had a dog or love dogs. This artist left a legacy for all to share. I was moved to tears when we visited the Dog Chapel. Dogs are free to play on the grounds and the gift shop, which features the artist's works is phenomenal.
  • What a beautiful and kinda sad place. I don't usually cry during outings but the chapel is nothing short of heart breaking. Check out the great store and trails with friends of the 2 and 4 leg persuasion. Such a lovely place but not sure we'll be back.
  • Such an interesting combination of beauty and sadness. The dog park is great, well maintained and clean. The people who run it were kind. The chapel is uniquely sad and heartbreaking. The walls of the church are lined with letters written to passed family dogs.
  • What a place. There should be a place like this in every town. If you have or have had a dog in your life, this is a must visit. Teddy had a ball running wild playing in the pond. If I hadn't hurt my ankle I would have done the trails.
  • Beautiful place. Hiking trails and area to run dogs. The chapel is lovely and poignant with sweet remembrances of precious pets.
