  • What a great place to visit. See a true distillery in action and stop by the gift store and take some of the fine spirits home with you!

  • We stumbled upon this distillery when we were riding the St. Augustine trolley. We wandered in and were immediately greeting and given a drink ticket (under 21 is allowed on the tour, just not allowed to taste the products). The tour took abut 15 minutes to get started, but there was a fun waiting area with a history of the distillery and the process they use. The tour itself was interesting but a little slow, and the tour guide was quick to get upset with anyone that she was worried were "wandering" from the group. However, the taste test at the end was the best part with a two mini drinks made with their vodka and gin. There's a store at the end of the tour, but no purchase is required.
  • Definitely take the tour. Very interesting. The alcohols are fantastic. You have to try the Florida Mule... Delicious!
  • Trip Adviser was right to have this on the top of their list. We had a great tour. Friendly and welcoming. Yes, all tours end in the gift shop, but who has a better gift shop stacked with delicious drinks?
  • Was looking for someplace different to eat and Google Maps found the Ice Plant Bar around the corner from where we had wandered. They didn't start serving food until 5:00, so we decided to check out the gift shop. And that, kids, is how we found St Augustine Distillery! We took a tour, got to taste test a couple drinks, learn a few things. This place is amazing! It would take a long post to describe the place, so go see it for yourself. Take the tour, buy some gifts, and spread the word.
  • My wife (27) and I (25) went on their complimentary tour because we saw it was so highly rated on TripAdvisor. My wife and I hadn't had an alcoholic drink in like over two years but this was still so cool! I really liked how educational and fun it was. I learned quite a bit about the process of making some of their alcohol as well as the company's local history in Saint Augustine. The free samples were tasty and refreshing. I didn't time it but it did feel like it was about 30-40 minutes total, which is what I think the general consensus seems to be. I highly recommend this!
