  • Spectacular. Breathtaking. You can either hike there, or just park at the trailhead. The hike was a bit strenuous.

  • You should walk on river waterfall. It is one mile from waterfall
  • A MUST see destination for all nature lovers, locals and travelers alike! There are paths/trails for all ages and abilities, with both paved/logged flat paths that splits off into a loop on the right, and on the left, a one way rout down quite a few wooden stairs leading to an up-close-and-personal viewing platform. The longer of hiking options is a semi rugged, intermediate, non paved trail that loops around the top of the falls and back down into the gorge. Brandywine Falls also happens to be Ohio’s biggest waterfall :-) I recommend visiting after a big rain!
  • Beautiful falls, especially impressive after a rain. Nice sized parking lot. Portopotties available. To get to the observation deck does require numerous steps. Care must be taken in the wet or snowy/icy condition. The trail is easy but has potential to be ankle twisters with a descent notable for rocks and roots. Parking is limited, best to come before 10am on weekends.
  • Double decker falls are pretty. Not too hard to get to. Lower trail is pretty rough.
  • There is a nice loop trail that can be enjoyed instead of just taking the boardwalk. Doing it clockwise has you do the tougher part first, there is some elevation gain but the path is very nice and worth the effort. Follow signs for the Stanford trail from the parking lot.
