  • It is a bit dated, but my grandson loves it, which is all that matters. I included a trip to the zoo in admission. So it was a nice full afternoon.  more »
  • So we went on a REALLY hot day at 3p (they close at 4p but you can stay until 5p if you get in before 4p). The areas that were shaded were great for toddlers that just want a 'park' type of experience...  more »
  • This was a our play day outing from school when was in Grade school and I simply loved it, More for the younger set. Lots of running around in storybook settings. but it's all concrete. So good muscle...  more »

  • We came here with a 8, 7 & 5 year old on a Monday afternoon. We were pleased with how few people there were here! There are whimsical drinking fountains, a variety of farm animals, convenient restrooms, and fairy tale themed play spaces. The whole place was clean and well kept. The kids especially enjoyed the crooked mile, the play structure, and the teepees. 2 1/2 hours was more than enough time. I would not recommend fairy tale town for children much older than ours. It is geared towards younger children.
  • My kids love this place. I love it too, as we can let our 3 year old safely indulge his need to explore. The upkeep over the years has been wonderful and most of the park looks very good for the age of the place. The admission price is also very reasonable and I really like that you can't gain entry without a child with you. Clean, comfortable and the kiddos always have a blast. Highly recommended.
  • Great place. Historic. Kids up to 12 years old love this place. Lots to do near by.
  • Came here after seeing it across the street from the zoo. It also has zoo animals inside but only pigs, pony, sheep, goats, roosters and parrots. I might have missed a few but it was a cool experience for us. They had little areas setup from different fairy tale stories. We stayed around 2 hours and will be back. Only wish they had costume characters roaming around. That would have put this place over the top.
  • My one year old loves it here! Great place to burn off energy with kids his age. Definitely 0-5Y friendly. **Go on a weekday admission is $4.75 and there's plenty of room to walk and play.
