  • For the price, there's not much here. Sure, you can walk around the building and see exhibits that someone thought might depict topics of interest, but kids won't be impressed. The best thing was the ...  read more »
  • The Seacoast Science Center is a great place for the whole family to learn about whales and other marine life the Gulf of Maine. It’s located in Ordione Point State Park, so the family can spend the w...  read more »
  • Maybe more interesting for very young kids. Our 5 and 7 year olds didn't find much to do for more than an hour. I think most of the touch tank exhibits were taken out for a birthday party. It cost us ...  read more »
  • Although It wasn't very expensive, I think my kids (2&4) got more out of visiting the actual beach than the SSC. If I could do it again we would of skipped the SCC and just stayed outside. If its raining out the SCC is worth it. Also dont forget to bring $4.00 for each adult in the car inorder to get into the parking lot, and no the state parking doesn't take debit cards.....
  • Fascinating place. More geared for 6-10 years old. The sting along the coast is beautiful. Beware state park admission is additional to science center admission
  • The Seacoast Science Center itself was a bit small and didn't have as much for older kids as we thought it might. However, the shark petting and touch tank sessions were great and my kids had a blast at the water and the nearby playground.
  • Very educational for the kids but also lots of fun. Nice area for walks and play as well outside.
  • Small but informative. The live animal tanks are small but well done, however the gift shop is larger than the exhibits. We had a good time but I can't say that it is totally worth the price they charge for admission.
