  • The worst business I have ever dealt with. They decided to change our membership the day before it shipped to a more expensive one.$125 more than what we signed up for. They have gone into our account without permission and changed our settings multiple times. We then contacted them as to why and they said that is what you signed up for. Funny because my wife doesn't even drink that type of wine you switched me to. We finally agreed to ship the wine back when they provided a return shipping label and they would refund our credit card. It has been a week and a half and no return shipping label. called today and they said it was never requested. They are the worst company to deal with and have the worst customer service. The manager will never take a phone call or call a customer back. We were willing to sign up for a different club but I will never do business with them, visit them or recommend them to anyone. I requested the paper work when we signed up for the club and they cant provide it. They are all liars and thieves. They will change your membership without letting you know and then you are stuck with it. The wine is good but the people that run it have no idea about customer service or how to run a business. Run run run cancel your membership because they will rip you off!!!!!
  • Great wines, not "cheap", but a good value. The To Kalon is great, Hewitt is amazing. I joined the club. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿทpeople here are fun, there are still fun places in the valley!
  • This is one of the best places in Napa to visit. Great wine and hospitality. The 2010 Hewitt cab was the top rated Napa Cab from Wine Spectator.
  • Amazing winery, top notch wines (including a very special and unique Sauv Blanc, Wildwood, and a fantastic array of red wines), friendly staff members, great winemakers that love what they do.
  • Small but a worth going to vineyard. Their wines are about $50 - $200 per bottle (or at least the ones I love). Make sure to try their reds. Top notch.
