  • Nice Waterpark. But their refund policy absolutely sucks. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 stars. You can bring your own food, the lifeguards & staff within the park were professional and had good attitudes. Good place for preteen kids. We entered at noon but by 4pm a lightening storm with heavy rain had moved in. Half of everyone in attendance had left before they decided to finally give rain passes out. Some people couldn't get their full parties return passes due to kids and adults running to their cars. Some staff was handing passes out others were requiring the park wristbands returned. It was confusing and outside in a downpour to boot. Once in our car we noticed that the passes were only good for a return visit between 5pm to 7pm only! So between that and spending money on a private area with no refund or credit for that either, I'm not sure I can say we feel we got our money's worth today. If we were local and didn't live 2 hours away maybe it wouldn't be a big deal.
  • This was our first time coming to the water park. We really loved it! My kids are 12, 6 and 5 and each of them had something to do that they enjoyed. They have kiddie pools with little slides for the younger kids, a lazy river, lots of big water slides and spray guns and a bucket that dumps water out over you. There are lifeguards all over and they seem very attentive. You can bring your own food, just no glass or alcohol. Or you can get something from the food trucks they have on site. We went ahead and rented a cabana for the day. The weekday cost is $100. You get a loveseat, two chairs, and two loungers. You have use of a TV and counter space. It was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it. It gives you the shade and privacy. You don't have to worry about people right next to you and you know you're going to have a place to rest all day. We will definitely be coming back.
  • Brought my 2.5 year old and he had a wonderful time. We were there about 1.5 hours. The water area space for younger children is excellent and always has life guards in the area. I would return and recommend this water park. We did not eat any of the concessions, so I can't comment on the food options. My only one small complaint is wishing there was more family changing spaces.
  • Get here early if you want a spot out of the sun. We arrived at 11:45 and were standing in a long line....20 minutes to get through our gate and paying cash. Lots of open grass space is a plus, so bring your own chair and umbrella and you have ample choice. Staff is young but friendly, good with the plethora of children running amuck. Great day at a great price! Take your cooler and stay for the day. :-)
  • Got there and after 30 minutes pulled everyone out of the water because they saw lightening. Totally understandable, but to make everyone wait out of the water for 2 1/2 hours before they make a decision to close and give out rain passes, when there is clearly thunder and lightening every few minutes. Sounds like they care more about their money instead of the satisfaction of their already paying customers. The worse part is that the management blamed it on someone name Michelle over the phone and it was her call to close down or keep everyone waiting another hour to close and give out rain passes and she was NOT EVEN THERE. There is unpredictable weather in Texas so if you know it might rain I don't recommend this place. They don't give refunds either under any circumstances. Never again this place.
