    If you are in the Rocky Mountains NP is riding the Old falls road to recommend. It is an unpaved road, but to prepare well in dry conditions. It is a one-way street road and thereby it is quieter than on the other spots in the park. Due to the presence of the pine beetle there are not very many dead/infested spruce, which is part of the beauty takes away.

    The road is dirt and only wide enough for vehicles to go one way. I can’t imagine a left SUV making the hairpin turns. It was amazing, but very glad I didn’t drive. We took the Green Jeep tours and en...  more »
