  • Good time for one and all fishing camping or just hiking lots to do very inexpensive for a whole day offun

  • I live a quarter of a mile from this recreation area and the views of the lake beautiful, especially in the Fall. It's nice to just pack a lunch and go down by the beach for a picnic.

  • This is a very large campground area in Indiana. One of a few that stand out to me. The lake is nice, but the massive amount of camp sites and wide variety of sites gives this place a fun adult camping experience.
  • This was our second year participating in the Halloween feativities, we have more fun with the family each year. The park staff do a fantastic job of planning and organising family activities. Our camp site was perfect (but, we picked it out the year before and reserved it early).
  • Primitive camping area is very clean and a good place to pitch a tent. Hiking trails are also great.
  • Great campground for the Park County area. Much larger than any of the others. Try to get a spot near the water if you have kids as there are some great woods to explore.
  • I have always enjoyed camping at Raccoon Lake. It is a very clean and family oriented atmosphere. The beach is wonderful and the fun you can have on the lake is great! Perfect for young families! I plan on returning again soon!
