  • They frequently have kids days where there are added crafts or activities for little kids. They recently added an outdoor kid activity area that had a mock river for them to splash around in. My daugh...  read more »
  • The staff was very helpful and kind. It was $5 to go in. You get a map and then get to explore. If you sweat easily, don't go on a warmer day, it gets steamy in the main house.

  • Hands down the best Botanical Center this side of the Mississippi. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, and overall a truly magical experience. Who knew places like this were so accessible. I often take my son, Marc, to look at the fish and learn about new plants. Great way to spend the weekend.
  • This is a nice little spot, almost hidden. I don't think enough people know about this place. But it is beautiful and a really nice place for kids. I think the new little water features will be excellent for kids this summer. Great little gem.
  • The Botanical Center is such a great place for the family. Their children's garden is our favorite spray ground in the QCA and my kids love to play in the sand and feed the fish in the winter.
  • We didn't go on a very good day (very windy) so most of the outdoor exhibits were not open. The inside dome was nice and a lot of the plants had lables!
  • A quad cities gem. The splash area, while still a work in progress, is great for the kids. One of favorite places to go to fight the winter blahs. A tranquil little oasis
