  • Great experience with my very young daughter who had a blast. We went on a Saturday during the holidays and it was very busy so it was hard to be able to enjoy some of the displays but there was a lot of energy and prop were mostly respectable given the crowds. The ninja turtle set was pretty cool and the perennial exhibits are always fun. Will definitely go again and would suggest a membership if you plan to go a few times a year. The facilities were very clean and the paid rides were well worth the dollar. Bathrooms were clean too. Highly recommend this local Rochester gem. If you’re visiting from out of town this is a must experience even if you don’t have kids. Had a blast. Lots of exciting interactive exhibits. Very clever and human.
  • Best place to purchase a membership either if you live local or even an hour or two away. The Museum of play will never disappoint. Some for young all the new all kinds of other great exhibits as well. Many many interactive set up displays. Also be sure to check out the old school video arcade as well.
  • A wonderful place to visit if accompanied by little kids. The butterfly house has a good collection of vibrant butterflies that will enthuse kids and adults alike. The play area for children had lot of fun and educative activities for kids. It was a snowy say so we couldn't go anywhere outdoors in the open, so decided to go here instead. It was a good experience and was worth the time.
  • If you have a child, niece, nephew or grandchild and are looking for an experience they won’t forget, this is it. We try to get my nephew experiences as opposed to toys as a present. Last year we took him to the Ripleys Aquarium in Toronto and this year it was the Strong museum. He was enthralled the whole time and my whole adult portion of the family was as well. The arcade section has games from every era and was hard to leave, but try and hit as many exhibits as possible and give yourself a whole day!
  • Love this place! Bring the kids here for a fun-filled day. Getting an annual membership is definitely the way to go. It will take you more than a couple of visits to explore everything they have to offer!!
