  • My kids love to bounce but I don't feel bounce it out is a safe place to go. The place has the most bouncers of any site in Rochester but - good luck actually keeping an eye on your kids. They give yo...  more »
  • We are enjoying som out of the house time with our three oldest kids and decided to come to bounce it out. Poor choice. Our daughter is 4 years old today and wanted to play with other kids. This place...  more »
  • This place is great for the 3-10yr old crowd. I would avoid it for younger than that because parents aren't allowed on the equipment (even to get/help their child). Bigger kids aren't allowed. My daug...  more »

  • Very disappointed! Staff was unfriendly and even rude. Our host, Jacob, served pizza and cake but NO entertainment for kids. We had a party at different jump club last year that gave tokens and did magic tricks for kids and made the birthday girl feel special. Jacob wouldn't even play with the kids. In addition,, we couldn't have balloons which we weren't told until we arrived with them. The manager and staff were horrible and the place is dirty! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
  • FUN BUT UNSANITARY. My daughter was part of a birthday part on Friday Oct 21, 2016. Had a good time but she reported a large brown streak smelling of poop on the big slide. My wife noticed that the ladies room was littered with toilet paper and poop, and I found that the men's room had a urinal taped off, out of order, and one of two toilets covered in pee and poop. About half of the girls at the party, my son and myself contracted norovirus-like symptoms over the weekend. Sanitation needs a major overhaul and we have not noticed issues like this on previous visits.
  • HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!!! I dropped my 7yr old daughter off for a birthday party on 9/24. We had our matching bracelets on and she headed in to play. As I was leaving I seen a friend at the outside door and we talked for maybe 10 min. Suddenly I seen my daughter in the shoe area. They had let her out ALONE!!! NO BRACELET CHECK, NO PARENT!!! When I approached the girl at the door, she had an attitude, offered no apology and basically said "I could see her" There was NO WAY she was visible AND not to mention...THAT'S NO EXCUSE even if you could. So I ask to speak to the manager at 4:30pm, who attempts to criticize my child!!! I said absolutely not! The person you should be speaking to is your irresponsible adult employee who put my child in danger and failed to do her simple task of a bracelet check. This place is UNSAFE for your child, does not follow their own protocol, employs irresponsible and negligent people, and has poor management staff.
  • I ordered a bouncy house and tables and chairs last year for my daughters 3rd birthday party. They were on time and very professional and the kids absolutely loved the bounce house. I can't wait till her party this year! I definitely will be using them and their party services again!!!
  • We had a safety issue at Bounce It Out where an older child was injuring our 2 year old. When I went and retrieved our little one I was repeatedly told by a staff member about the rules of no parents on the bouncers and that I needed to wait for staff. How long was I to wait? Until my child was seriously injured? In speaking with the manager we were told it was busy, they couldn't keep up with watching kids, and maybe we should come at a different time of day. A huge customer service opportunity missed! Instead of asking if my crying child was alright, or if there was anything she could do, the staff just kept repeating the rules. Your rules were not keeping my child safe and instead of us leaving feeling like you cared (and able to share our positive experience with our friends) about our child, we left feeling unwelcome. We will not be coming back anytime soon.
