  • TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT SLOTS It used to be fun to go. You could at least break even in the casino once in awhile. It used to be lively and exciting place to be. Go and see it today. Its glum and quiet and ...  more »

  • This hotel had really nice rooms. The deluxe King had a huge shower surrounded by glass with a curtain that closes for privacy from the room via push button. The bathroom and room were very large. It also had a mini refrigerator, full size wardrobe, iron and ironing board, small coffee pot, a safe, and blow dryer. Room service is also available. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and spa as well as golfing. There are several dining options. The casino has a nice selection of games with smoking and nonsmoking areas. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
  • Went gambling at Riverside. The staff isn't very friendly. The security guard did not greet me or even acknowledge me. I went to speak with a host and couldn't get an answer to a fairly easy question about an upcoming event. The beverage server and hot dog cart attendant were friendly though.
  • Hotel was nice, but I would not go back. I couldn't believe the amount of drunks waking us up at all hours of the night. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear all the idiots throughout the night. Not to mention the two geniuses that decided to push each other up and down the hall on a luggage cart. Unbelievable.
  • We scored front row, center stage tickets to the April Wine & Blue Oyster Cult concert!! We had a good time. Both bands were great!!! Stage is pretty high, so guessing behind us people had good view too. Two large screens at each side of stage. Event Center prob holds 12-1500. This was our first time here. It was easy to find. It's a nice place, they had a lot going on for a Saturday night. Unfortunately we didn't get a room to be able to stay overnight here, but it worked out okay for us. We ate in the cafe restaurant, food was good, decent prices and very friendly service. Shopped in nearby store while waiting for our table and that was nice too. Hostess assured us we would hear her call our name. We were at register making a purchase just as she was calling our name, and she was right, we heard her. Lol Gambled before and after our concert, won some-lost some. Good variety of slots. We had fun. They also had a live band playing in the casino. We didn't go up into the area, it was pretty full when we got out of the other concert, but quite a few were dancing and partying. They sounded good and played a huge variety of music. We enjoyed listening and singing along with them while playing slots. Our only negative occurred during the show. Front row guests dealt with an elderly drunk woman throughout the show who couldn't seem to stay back in her own seat. Security staff wasn't trained to handle a person like this. Contacted them by email for this. Hopefully they've worked it out for future shows.
  • It was a very nice looking place. The architecture is extremely nice, and the place is big enough that the smoke is hardly an issue. A complaint I have is that the dealers were not very sociable, and one of them was very rude. My Pai Gow dealer would hardly say a word no matter how much I ushered him to talk. Meanwhile, my stick person on Craps flat out insulted my group of friends (who are all dealers), insisting that none of us knew how to deal the game, regardless of our experience. That comment was unnecessary and ultimately made us leave the table. As a professional, these kind of comments should be kept to ones self, but I digress. A very lovely place, but the staff could use some work.
