  • This vineyard is in a beautiful location. Found the smell in the tasting room a bit off putting. Only allowed to do a flight tasting as local ordinances won't allow you to sit on the patio and share.....  more »
  • I read some of the previous reviews. It looks to me like maybe we went too late in the season to have the entertainment provided to others. We stopped on a dreary, drizzly day. The woman behind the...  more »
  • It’s hard to find a winery like this these days. One where the owner is pouring the wine he makes in the same room where you’re standing. Then he engages in a long discussion with your group while...  more »

  • My husband and I came to 65 vines for a lovely wine tasting on our Tour de Western Wisconsin winery tour (created by ourselves). 65 Vines is at an adorable barn, there is camping and even firewood & veggies for sale from the owners children! We had a delightful wine tasting, we loved that the wines were named after the area activities including canoeing/kayaking/fishing/swimming/skinny dippin. We left with wonderful memories, and a bottle of tippy canoe (and Troy too!)
  • This is my kind of winery. Country setting with 13 acres of wildflowers. Wine making operation and tasting room together in the barn. Delicious wines. And a wine maker who makes the rounds among his customers. This is a perfect spot to wile away an afternoon with a flight of fantastic wine. Be sure to bring home a bottle of the Cabin Boy! Now they just need chickens ;)
  • Loved chatting with the wine maker and proprietor during our wine tasting on 9/2. Gorgeous setting, charming barn, oh so delicious wine. We will be back...but only if we hear that chickens have been added WITH the chicken tractor, ha ha!
  • Second stop on a day trip from the Twin Cities and by far the best. Nestled among the forests of Wisconsin this is a relaxing & peaceful place. Took our tasting outside to enjoy the day & some live music. The employees/owners where very welcoming and friendly.
  • We enjoyed our time at this place. We came here after our hiking trip at the willow river state park to buy some wines but ended up with a fantastic wine tasting experience. The wines were locally grown and some of them were pretty unique! Because it was on Thanksgiving weekend they had some great games going on that was really fun! The staff and the owner were friendly and welcoming! Totally recommended!
