  • Lots of good stores. Open air, but enough covered walkways to stay out of the rain along with escalators at convenient places to get from one level to another.
  • Was visiting on business and made an evening stop to this mall. Wow! So much for kids and adults alike. I can't wait to come back.
  • This is a wonderful outdoor upscale mall in a great area. There are tons of stores at this mall and plenty of parking. There's an updated courtyard area for hanging out in and letting the kids play in...  read more »
  • Beautiful mall! Completely outdoors. Lots of covering though if it rains. They also have infrared heaters to keep you toasty on the colder days. There's a little train that takes you around the mall. The kiddos love it! Super clean with some high class stores.
  • I just moved to Richmond and I feel like this place keeps sucking me in to fill the retail-chain void of central RVA. Hopefully in the coming months I can ween myself of having to drive out here every other damn day. "Need more bedsheets!" Drive to Short Pump. "Ran out of socks!" Drive to Short Pump. "Slacks from J. Crew?" Drive to Short Pump. Is this the rhythm of life here? This is slowly killing me. But they got a Lush here so we're good.
  • It's convenience is not without its flaws. It offers a wide range of shopping but the dining options are limited and expensive for the average mall go-er. It can also get incredibly crowded after five and on weekends, but that's pretty par for the course in short pump. But it's a very aesthetically pleasing outdoor mall, paying close attention to landscaping in the summer and amazing light displays in the winter, which is one of the reasons I love shopping there during the holidays.
  • Beautiful outdoor mall with something for everyone and lots of upscale options. It's always clean and full of happy shoppers. Great place for kids; they have a kiddie train, a little playground, lots of open spaces, and plenty of benches. Wonderful place to spend an evening or weekend day.
  • This mall has changed everything to the far west end of Richmond/Glen Allen. It's growing still and has almost all the options for shopping and food. My only concern is kids play area or zone, they need to build one new since they closed one that was upstairs. Apart from that it's a good time pass mall
