  • It was a hot day and there was an overflow crowd. All the makings for an exhausting afternoon. Not so. It was simply terrific! The gardens were beautiful and there was plenty of room for the people to...  more »
  • The grounds are beautiful and serene; however, the butterfly garden was the highlight for me. Lots of butterflies.  more »

  • This is a beautiful place. Last time I visited during Christmas Eve and that was amazing.. Beautifully decorated with lights and it was a fantastic experience. Visited it again today on the fourth of July 2017. It's free admission today and it is fully crowded but the staff and volunteers were so helpful that it remained yet another memorable day. Definitely worth a visit. Also included pics from my Christmas visit..
  • This is a one of a kind facility for the Richmond area. The grounds are superbly maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The holiday light shows are incredible and are a "must attend" event. If you have never been here, you owe yourself two trips. Once in the spring or fall during the day, and once at night during the holiday light shows.
  • Was there for a wedding... staff was really rude & acted like they really didn't want us there... the bride & groom had to address the crowd three times saying champagne was coming but since there was only one person doing it, they were done with speeches before it came out... coordinator was no where to be found and was full of attitude. Beautiful site but all FOH catering staff should go.
  • Really great place to get away with the family. They really care about people, plants, and making a natural symbiotic paradise! Absolutely love this place!
  • Beautiful. Peaceful. Opportunity to learn about plants, etc. Good exercise. Food. Gift shop. What's not to like!
