  • Tram is suppose to run on the half hour: waited 1.5 hrs NO TRAM. Do not get the chuck wagon meal it is a ripoff. What you get is beans, chili (soupy), peach cobbler that is not done, water and peach flavored tea(don't think they had that on a trail ride). We were supposed to eat at 12:30-it was 1:10pm before we started the line. Why? Because the 'Cook ' spent 35 mins joking & seem to like hearing himself talk. Most of the items in the gift shop are cheap China made. The employees don't seem to care about helping you . It is really a waste of money when you have to walk everywhere (1-1.5 miles). Save your $$ & time-read a book on Texas history you'll learn more. I was so disappointed.
  • Great park with guided tours of several houses from different eras. It is very well maintained and agreeable, the lunch buffet is really good and all the staff is very friendly. There is a nice cowboy show to watch
  • Nice calm place. Great tours that offer extensive amount of information. Be aware of surroundings if walking the trails. Gators are present.
  • Living history! My kids had a good time interacting with the people on the ranch. They had so much information about the Ranch and it's early history. Lots of chances to see farm animals and many hands-on opportunities to explore.
  • It was fun to know a new place and it has a western theme
