  • We moved here from Chicago and we have found the staff in the leasing office to be pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive and kind to us. We occasional find individuals parked in our assigned spot, but for the most part everyone has been nice. We firmly believe that if you are respectful and are good neighbors, then generally everything works out.
  • I have lived at this apartment complex for a little over six months now and I have to say it isn't bad. My apartment has stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and 3 large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight. The best part of my apartment would have to be all of the storage space! I only have a 1 bedroom but it comes with 3 closets and loft storage. I don't even have enough clothes to fill up all the closets! There is just one thing that I dislike about this place and that is the construction noise that comes from the street. Its not a huge deal since I work during the day while they are working but there are the occasional times where I take off a weekday and the noise that comes from there is unbearable! on a side note, it forces me to get up and run errands instead of wasting my whole day doing nothing! Not to mention when I talked to the leasing office about how the construction crew started too early in the morning, they immediately contacted the construction crew and asked them to start with the noisy task later in the day which made me very happy!
  • As the other reviews have mentioned, the management is incompetent. I would extend that to the maintenance staff as well. We've lived here almost a year now and have had a consistent problem with the roof leaking. If you don't mind your belongings getting wet every time it rains, this is the place for you!
  • Moved in less than a month ago and this is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever had the pleasure of residing. Alarm went off tonight and for the past hour the tenants have been sitting outside, no response from management. I have a washer/dryer combo in my unit that has yet to work, a light that has never worked, and a garbage disposal that also doesn't work! Word of advice..DON'T SIGN A LEASE, FIND ANOTHER LOCATION..
  • Incompetent management. Once you sign your lease they will make it a job just to ignore you. The property manager should be working in a corrections facility. I've had better living experiences in east St. Louis, Baltimore, and Flint. Do some research before you consider moving here.
