  • A place for renewal and rejuvenation with a wide range of inspiring workshops to feed your soul. The onsite food is nutritious and the cafe has the best range of plant based snacks imaginable.
  • Attend courses at Omega is an enchanting experience, in addition to being in a very beautiful and peaceful place. There are different activities in place like dances, meditations, spa, boats on the Lake. It only that you recommend is investing in a room individual. Cleaning is not very good in the bathroom and when shared with several people can be a not very nice experience. The food is reasonable but I think 5 days only 3 or 4 times I liked, while I am a vegetarian. The staff is very friendly. They have a shop with very nice products. The spa services are excellent. I got a facial massage and it was extraordinary.

  • I've been to Omega three years in a row as an assistant to one of the main presenters and also as a guest presenter in each year. I've stayed in the dorms and now one of the cabins too. From the first...  more »
  • Oh my gosh I want to move so I can work here and live here!! I went for a John of God event. This place just has it all - it's a beautiful campus in a beautiful rural area, with a cool gift shop, cafe, and cafeteria. Oh my God, the food they had for us in the cafeteria was allergen-friendly, delicious, and homemade. I wish I could get meals like that cooked for me all the time! They run this place like a tight ship, and you can really feel the care they have for their visitors.
  • Second time at Omega. Second time staying in a "tenting Cabin". I am lucky enough to have been given a generous scholarship to attend the retreat I wanted to attend. From the food, to the staff to the immaculate grounds Omega warms my heart each time I return. I was lucky enough to book an 80 minute deep tissue massage with a woman named Mallory. I have had massages all over the place and it was the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had. I can tell you that Mallory used the best amount of pressure, I was not sore the next day. I drank plenty of water before and AFTER my massage as to help push the toxins out of my body. My retreat was helpful and full of love. I went to the Holistic Life's "bringing meditation into your life". I have been on retreat with these same people 2 times before at Garrison Institute. Every time I see them I learn something new. Its always a pleasure. Omega you rock. Thanks for the wonderful weekend.
  • I am glad that a place like that exist and is able to survive years after years... This is a wonderful retreat, the garden is amazing and the food... was great. Sadly not anymore, since few years the food had become a kind of frustrating. You are supposed to find healthy vegetarian or vegan food here during your workshop but today it is more a strange mix of cold pizza and kale, like being a vegetarian have to be a sad experience... The dinning room is covered of pictures of beautiful and appealing local fruits and vegetables but I am wondering when was the last time that things like that have been served at Omega, may be years ago...
  • Wonderful place full of helpful staff and people. The atmosphere is very calm and woodsy. Such a good escape from a busy life. The lake during the summer is a great addition to the powerful workshops. I highly recommend Omega to my friends who need a break and are interested in transformation in their lives. I will be coming back again and again for years. Thank you Omega!
  • I paid 95 dollars for 60 seconds of trapeze. The class was two hours long. The class was WAY too full. The instructors were great and I don't blame them. The "institute" itself seems very disorganized. Weeks before I booked this class I had to call twice to get information on it because I had questions about a three day trapeze workshop. No one called me back the first time and the second time they didn't get back to me until a day before the workshop. At that point it had gotten too close for me so I just signed up for one class and I'm glad I did because even that was a ripoff. There was no information prior to the class. For example, no one informed the students they were supposed to wear socks and no one was able to direct me to the trapeze area once I arrived.
