  • We found this place searching for something to do to break up a long drive and glad we found it. It's a small place but lots to do. We spent about 2 hours there. The Safari drive is fun and you see a TON of bears. The petting zoo has many animals and very clean for a petting zoo area. The kid rides are fun and we arrived on a Sunday and it was not super crowded. You can feed the bear cubs but it's very limited and $50 per person but In my opinion worth the experience. My husband and I and our 6.5 year old daughter had a good time.
  • SO much fun! If you get a chance, do the guided tour and feed the bears from the big tour truck with the "only" female manger. She's AMAZING! She hand raised ALL the bears and knew so much about them and the other animals. Plus, she was super accommodating to several in our group who were handicap. We made some great memories here and learned so much! These bears are VERY happy in their homes, too and well cared for!
  • The animals are out and active during the morning hours. Bears are so cute. One of the grizzles was in the water swimming--it was so cute (as in cute from the safety of our vehicle). The cubs are precious!! The kiddos loved feeling the pelts, letting the animals come up to them in the petting area, and also the rides. Good fun!
  • Up close to the many animals they have - great cub viewing area. The cost to feed them is outrageous though ($40 per person). Fun ride area for younger children but they need more shade for those hot, sunny days. Never tried concessions but they are available. Spend place but worth a visit.
  • A lot more bears and other animals than we first expected to see. The bears were standing on the road in a couple places. It was really cool to see the bears up close. The petting zoo area and the little theme rides were a nice bonus. The rides are ideal for younger kids with the exception of the mini roller coaster which is fun for adults too.
