  • We have stopped at Yellowstone Bear World many times on our way to Yellowstone National Park. We love it there! It's a drive through wildlife park that you can drive through as many times as you want....  more »
  • Taking into account that one going to Yellowstone with wanted to see bears, this is the best choice to see them and closely. Apart there are games for children under 3 and they can be touching animals and learn, that it complies with all ages. Separate runs in auto part where bears are loose. It exceeded our expectations

  • We love going to Bear World with the kids. It's easy and the kids always get to see wildlife. It's great for all day. We go in the AM home for a bit and back for the PM (if we don't have passes that y...  more »

  • I went into Yellowstone Bear World with admittedly high expectations, but lots of unknowns. Wasn't sure what to expect, but assumed, because of the fairly high price, that it should be good. Our group of 4 adults and a 1.5 yr old all left very satisfied and impressed with the experience. Yeah, it's on the spendy side, but it is all very well done. You can get some great up-close views of wildlife that you may not see as often, especially if you're from "the city." Also worth noting, I was a little concerned about driving through with the grizzlies. The grizzlies, however, are actually not allowed on the road and are separated from you by an electric fence. You still get a good close look, but they don't have free access. The black bears, however, can come right up and chew on your tires, or try to open your doors. Overall, a great experience. Very happy with it. A good place to burn 2-3 hours while passing through the area.
  • Great place for family! Friendly and fun staff. You get to drive through the first half sections with close to 60 bears right outside of your window (cute not aggressive but can ad very curious and try to chew on your tire pm keep moving ),elk, big adult male bison ,rocky mountain goat... And you get to get out your car to gift shops, and petting zoo to have a look of baby bears and baby deers, some really smart and cute goat follow you around if you got park food you purchase (only 2 quarter ),you get to touch them and feed them and photo. Nice little amusement park for kids are free. Great for family.
  • My 2 year old loved it! The petting zoo was great and so was the rides. I've never seen so many bears in one place before. Love that everything is included in the price! Bears were very active when we went. It's nice that you can drive through the park as many times as you want to!
  • We had such a fun time with cousins kids from 7yrs to 2 years in age. We went in the morning when it was cooler and seemed like you saw more animal activity. We stayed from 9am-2pm starting and ending with a drive through the park. I was impressed that the rides are included with admission and the kids loved them (too much spinning for mom after awhile). I'd plan to pack snacks for your family and maybe even lunch due to pricing but it was good food. We opted for ice cream cones for the hot day. Wear sunscreen.
  • I'm not saying that paying $75 to spend five minutes in a car slowly driving (without stopping) to see sleeping bears from afar isn't worth it, but it's not worth it. Yellowstone Bear World is all about creating extraordinary memories for an extraordinary price. I don't find the cost to value ratio appealing. I would, however, recommend the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone if you want something of better value. But, you know, if you want to see bears GUARANTEED you can go here.
