  • Really enjoy going to the National Parks. This location was full of history and very interesting. Wish we would have had time to visit longer and see more of the site.  more »
  • It was a hot day, so we didn't hike all of it. We saw a lot of runners and bicyclists. It's such a beautiful place with a lot of history. I recommend comfy shoes to hike through the property and read ...  more »

  • Great park, newly renovated and highly interesting interactive museum. Was very quiet the day I went.
  • I was on the trail for no more than 2 minutes with my dog when I looked down and found 12 ticks on both of us. DO NOT take the trail. 😲
  • Absolutely beautiful and deeply historic place. Cyclists love the road that circles the battlefield.
  • Great place to take the whole family! Fun, adventurous and informative. Hiking trails and some are even stroller friendly. Haven't been there since the 4th grade and we loved it, be going back soon with our boys!
  • Great options for trails. Gravel, grass/dirt/woodchips path, or paved loop. Respectfully enjoy nature at this national battlefield. History markers throughout as well as the visitor center and museum. Entry fee $10 per car(good for one week). $30 for a year pass. Open year round hours vary. 8-5 through the winter. Longer during the summer. You have to get a token to drive in.
