  • This park is hands down one of the better parks in the Reno area. With many different aspects to it, Rancho park has something for everyone. From great play areas for the kids, to a museum, and a huge area for the dogs to run. You'll not find in my opinion a better park to spend a day at than here.
  • This is Reno's best park in my opinion. The park is enormous, it has the biggest dog park in town, there is also a very nice playground for kids and a few smaller areas around the park with play areas for kids. Plenty of views and areas to walk, two nice ponds with birds and usually frogs, you can find common garter snakes and sometimes even craw fish in the stream. There are also leaches in some of the water areas so be careful getting wet. There is also a museum, and plenty of year round events.
  • Lots to do at this park. Wide open grass areas for flying kites and playing sports. There is a playground structure for kids to play on along with a swing set. The nature trails and flower gardens are beautiful to walk through. You might even see turtles or frogs at the ponds. It also has the best dog park in town. You and your dog can hang out with others or have plenty of room to get away.
  • 5 star for walking, dog park, weddings in garden or house available to rent. Central location. Museum is a piece of NV history, worth seeing at least once. Very good gift shop. Excellent place for large groups, parking and bathrooms, trees.
  • There's something for everyone! We spent 3 hours here and only explored a portion of the park. A fun place to spend the afternoon!
