Where to stay in Redwood National Park

Redwood National Park doesn't cover a lot of territory, so staying outside of its boundaries can still be convenient. Crescent City serves as a gateway city to the north of the park, and it offers plenty of budget motels, a couple of which deliver ocean views. South of the park, the area between Patrick's Point State Park and Trinidad State Beach includes numerous oceanfront inns, motels, and lodges in a tranquil setting. The park and surrounding area offer many campgrounds, though the fees for public camping outside of the park's boundaries are considerably less.
