  • There is a lot to see and you can see it quickly. Not what we were expecting but we checked it off the list. Stop and you will probably get a chuckle at least.  more »
  • Peterson's Rock Garden is amazing. The kids love to climb around and see the amazing rock creations. I myself love to look at the fantastic rock collections and learn about the different types or rock...  more »
  • Our family decided to make a quick stop at a childhood memory. I remember visiting in the 80s on a class field trip. It was so sad to see how much the property has fallen into total disrepair. There w...  more »

  • It's beautiful! A fun thing to get me and my mom out of the car for a bit during a long drive, everything was so pretty and peaceful (except for the occasional peacock screech! Haha) and it was a really fun place to look around! Aside from the beautiful sculptures I loved all the animals as well! All the birds had lots to say and there was a very friendly cat in the museum that I absolutely adored! Overall I had a really nice time 😊!
  • It like an episode of hoarders.... it sad because it can be saved but need to do something for it off course. And asking 6 us a person is not helping. It was hot today so we took 2 drinks in the museum. Expiration date was no August 2016! That's the kind of things you don't do. It a dying hidden gem.
  • This is a must see. Built using rocks, gems and minerals Mr. Peterson collected all over the country. This was an achievement of his love and alot of hard work. I wish everyone could see it through the eyes of a child, like I did the first time. I've seen it many many times since and it still holds the same magic for me. Though Mr. Peterson is gone now he lives on in his beautiful structures. When I was 10, I told him when I had a Daughter I was going to name her crystal after the big one in the musium. Krystal was born 15 yrs later, I took her to meet him. My children have been back there may times also. Man I love that place.
  • Very unique roadside attraction. Not for everyone.
  • I live here lol but it's excellent place to visit lots to see and do. Free roaming peafowl and other birds. We will be reopening soon.
