This park in my opinion should be visited as a one-day experience. It has decent attractions that many water parks hold, but this one has a limited number of it. A lazy river, 3-4 large water slides, a wave cove and a surfing attraction. But that's pretty much it. And the down side is that you can't even bring outside food and equipment which definitely cashes out people. Overall I say it's a really fun experience for attending only for one day just to save and savor.

I'll never come back even if it's free. The kids area is blah! Easy for little ones to get bored quickly. We rented a cabana. The screens are so thick you get zero breeze but you do get a cabana boy (or girl) who will take your food order, BUT BE CAREFUL! we ordered a deluxe burger and got a plain burger so our server got it "fixed". When we got it back and opened the wrapper someone's hot melted bubble gum fell and dripped down my cousins leg. After asking for a manager they justified it by removing it from the bill. Gee thanks! This place is ran by a bunch of kids. Luckily for my son, they never checked his height so he got to ride a couple water slides he wasn't quite tall enough for yet. Oh and did I mention there was only 1 lifeguard to each pool. That makes sense why they didn't see the clumps of poop swimming around us until another staff member walking by over heard me yelling at my son to watch out for the poop and get out. Overall... crappie day and waste of money. I live 5 minutes from here and would rather drive farther and pay extra for one of the better parks.

It's a rather decent water park that offers some good attractions for all ages, like a nice lazy river, a fun wave pool, and some wicked slides (especially that pink one. That thing is vicious), but Splash Kingdom is very bad when it comes to service. You can't bring food in yet trying to purchase food, especially later in the day, is a huge chore. This park, in my opinion, should only be a one-day experience. It's very small and you can do everything the place has to offer in a single day, tops.

Went to splash kingdom last weekend for their grand opening. The pool side chairs were extremely dirty, ordered a smoothie it took 15 minutes to make because another employee was teaching the other employee how to make the smoothie, the staff was extremely rude, half of the slides weren't open. The water was extremely dirty & they were cleaning the water as customers were inside of the water. There was bugs inside of the water and huge piled of trash. Staff was sitting around & nobody was properly trained. I called to see if I could get a refund and the manager told me she can't refund my money because I wasn't in person. It was an hour and a half drive for me. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

The place is run down and dirty. The lazy lagoon waterfall structure looks dilapidated and gross. The lounge chairs where dirty, like all of them. They had nursery rhyme music blasting till 1pm, we kept telling them to change it but for some reason they said they couldn't Even so I still enjoyed the water. I really wish they would fix the lagoon water fall and make it look better. Also keep the place cleaner, and for Pete's sake pick the weeds!!!
