The Reading Fightin Phils offer affordable family entertainment from early April through August at FirstEnergy Stadium. The Fightin Phils are well known for creating a festive, fan-friendly atmosphere from the time the gates open until the bottom of the ninth inning. While parking is always free and the concessions remain affordable, every game is a unique experience. • My husband & I went to see the lights at the stadium & enjoyed the light show. It was about 10 to 15 mins long & the show was set to Christmas music. We traveled from Allentown. We expected more; howe...  more »

  • Kids love going. From the live music to eating popcorn, they love it all! They have food and Rita's water ice and a little game area for kids. Adults that drink they do serve adult beverages also.
  • Always great fun and at a reasonable price. Plenty of standard baseball stadium food, small-town between-innings antics (like a tooth fairy who uses a tooth brush to clean the bases, sponsored by a local dentist), and you get to see some of the Phillies organization's most promising players. Security could be a little more vigilant when inebriated or obnoxious fans get out of control. And what's with the two ostriches penned up out front before the game? Seems kind of cruel in this day and age. Overall, great fun though.
  • Great park, great atmosphere and tons of fun. General Seating is not comfortable at all, most seating is bleachers. Right field seating is blinded by the sun for most of the game but the left field seating is packed, just a heads up.
  • The team itself is great, but there are far too many pointless, unrelated, and plain stupid promotions. You need look no further than the fact they moved away from trains to go with ostriches as their logo.
  • It's a decent minor league team/stadium to see. Most of the crowds are groups. If there are fireworks happening it's a must visit. They put on a great show
